The captioned Testamentary Petition is filed for Letters of Administration (with a photocopy of a Will) in respect of property and credits of one Subramonya Ayyar alias Subramonya A. R. Ayyar alias Subramonya Ayyar alias Anantharama Subramonya Anantha Rama Ayyar ('the deceased'). Mugdha

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner today seeks leave of the Court to serve the non-consenting legal heirs of the deceased, who are residing outside India, through email. He has taken me through the Affidavit dated 5 th April 2025, which sets out the reasons to serve the non-consenting legal heirs of the deceased through email.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out to serve the non-consenting legal heirs of the deceased, who are residing outside India, through email. Hence, the Petitioner is directed to serve the said legal heirs through email and file an Affidavit in support thereof in the Registry. 4.
