THE SATE AND ORS (FAO(OS) 42/2021 & CM APPLs. 44763/2021 and 19704/2024). He is relied upon the law laid down in para no. 8 to 12 of the petitions. Hence, adjourned for consideration of necessity of Sec. 230 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
