Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks to carry out corrections in para 17 of the petition by adding address of one of the legal heirs of deceased namely Kylee Lafaive, as per praecipe dated 01.07.2024. He submits that this new address was not known to the petitioner earlier. Hence, seek to add the same.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

After carried out the abovesaid corrections, office to issue specific citation upon Kylee Lafaive and to be served as per Rule 399 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980, within two weeks. S. O. to 22.08.2024.
