Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that two citation issued to non-consenting legal heirs, who are residing at USA, are returned unserved for the reasons "unable to forward" and "address is in completed". Hence, he submits that petitioner will take necessarily step to serve the citation by e-mail or other mode through courier, by following due procedure of the Law, laid down in this regard. with WILL/1107/2024 2.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner alternatively submits that office may be directed to re-issue citation as per the earlier orders. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to take steps in this regard, as per the Laws.

Petitioner to file administration bond as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Hence adjourned.
