Advocate for petitioner has filed praecipe for extension of grant of Succession Certificate. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.07.2025 stating that the petitioner has recently found some of the shares of the company which are in the name of deceased individually and some standing in joint name.

2. Petitioner has stated that grant of Succession Certificate was issued on 03.09.2024. In view of the disclosure of share, petitioner seeks extension of grant of Succession Certificate. Petitioner seeks to add the securities mentioned in the Schedule which is annexed as Exhibit - "C" to the Affidavit dated 19.07.2025. Petitioner seeks leave to amend the schedule annexed to the petition. Leave to amend the schedule is granted as per exhibit - "C" to the Affidavit dated 19.07.2025.

3. In view of the above, office to issue extension of grant of Succession Certificate dated 03.09.2024, upon uploading the amended petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.
