Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 21.08.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the date of death of the deceased instead of 18.05.1985 to 11.05.1985 in para no. 1 of the petition. In view of the death certificate of of the deceased, praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

3. List the matter for correction in the order dated 12.08.2024.
