For Compliance Advocate for the petitioner is directed to annex the identification proof of the deceased and if the same is not available Advocate for the petitioner to annex Affidavit for dipensation of identification proof of the deceased. Advocate for the petitioner is directed to carry out correction in para no. 5 of the petition with respect to Act. Advocate for the petitioner is also directed to annex the death certificates of the legal heirs chronologically who are expired.

Advocate for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to carry out all the aforesaid corrections. She will upload and will approve the corrected version. She request that reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to carry out correction with respect to identification proof of the deceased , correction in para no. 5 with respect to the act and to carry out averment and annex the death certificates of the legal heirs who are expired.
