1. Petitioner to take steps to correct the marital status of the deceased and petitioner to comply Rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, petitioner to comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

3. Later on Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 12.09.2024 and thereby prays to amend the petition by making an averment regarding marital status of the deceased and to explain about delay as per the Rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

4. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
