Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
The petition is moved before the Court for dispensing with the office requisition to execute the Administration Bond. 3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and all the legal heirs mentioned in the table at paragraph No.4 of the petition, have given consent for the grant of the Letters of Administration. The legal heirs are the daughter and son of the petitioner and the deceased. As all the legal heirs have given consent, the office requisition to furnish Administration Bond stands dispensed with.
