1) To explain the legal heirs of Suresh Pandurang Pawar as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

2) To check para Nos. 4 and 7 of the Will.

3) To check Affidavit of Attesting Witness.

4) To check the valuation of the properties and pay the deficit court fees accordingly.
