1. Read praecipe dated 9th January 2025. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to amend the information about the legal heirs by deleting the name of Asha Yadav, whose name is mentioned at serial No.3A. According to the provisions of section 15(1)(a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, she could not be the legal heir of the deceased, as his husband is predeceased to the deceased. Submission is accepted and praecipe is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of Asha Yadav. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner further submits that considering the age of the petitioner, re-verification of the amendment may be dispensed with. Upon filing additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, reverification stands dispense with. However, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

2. Furthermore, learned advocate for the petitioner is also directed to inform the said Asha Yadav about deletion of her name.

3. Amendment to be carried out within 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Furthermore, amended petition to be uploaded in the portal within 03 days from such amendment.

4. Petition is adjourned for steps and stand over to 20th of February 2025.
