1. Perused Petition which is filed online. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioner Geeta Rishi Daswani being one of the Executors named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Rishi Dialdas Daswani alias Daswani Rishi Dialdas alias Rishi D.

Daswaney, said to have died at Taipei City, Taiwan on 05.02.2023. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. Copy of Pan Card of the deceased as ID Proof is annexed to the petition.

2. Mr. Lakdawala, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed and registered at New York, Nassau, U. S. A. on 16.07.2010. The said Will is in English language.

Mr. Lakdawala, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It is submitted that the said deceased had NO Daughter. The said Deceased had a son Mr. Dinesh Rishi Daswani, his only

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) child. Mr. Dinesh Rishi Daswani, he died as a BACHELOR on 04- 09-2020, he predeceased the deceased. Exhibit 'D' to the petition is a photo copy of his death certificate. The said Deceased MOTHER Mrs. Savitri Dialdas Daswani died on 09-101994. Exh. 'E' to the petition is a photo copy of her death certificate. The said Deceased died leaving behind Widow i.e. the Petitioner herein as only heir. Save and except as mentioned in para -8, there are no other legal heirs and next of kin left by the deceased.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. The other executor (a) Mr. Pirkash Thakurdas Mirchandani and (b) Mr. Sharan Pirkash Mirchandani have filed affidavit dated 14.03.2024 reserving their rights as executors. Affidavit of Prikash Thakurdas Mirchandani, one of the attesting witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All Affidavits are filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
