Advocate for the Petitioner 1) This petition is filed by petitioner, being constituted attorney of the Executor under the Will executed by Bhaskar Ganesh Dixit (herein after the same is referred to as "Testator"), for grant of a Letters of Administration with Will annexed. Said Testator said to have died at Mumbai on 23-03-2020 Petitioner, namely Sumedha Mahadeo Desai, filed the copy of death certificate, identity proof of the testator, Will, petitioner's oath.

3) While dictating the order it is noticed that petitioner has not referred the Power of Attorney in entire petition and same is not executed in a petition. Hence, petitioner to refer the Power of Attorney on Oath and exhibit it accordingly. Hence, adjourned.
