This is a joint petition for the properties of the deceased persons (i.e. Husband and his widow). The Husband had immovable and movable properties. Whereas, the widow has joint bank accounts and securities with her husband. However, she has no immovable property either as joint owner with her husband or sole owner. Hence, the petitioner to explain how petition for Letters of Administration is maintainable in respect of deceased no. 2. Hence, adjourned.
