1. Petitioner to take steps to state about the mother and father of the deceased as per Section 15(1)(c) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and to file administration bond as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she has uploaded the administration bond. However, same is not showing on the portal Hence, she made available original copy of the administration bond. Upon perusal of the bond, it appears that dates are incorrectly mentioned. Hence, petitioner to correct the same and re-upload the administration bond. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary. Hence, adjourned.
