2. Furthermore, petitioner to state about the agnates and cognates of the deceased and also state about the other legal heirs of the who are following the category of Agnates, if any.

3. Petitioner to explain if he comes as an agnates of the deceased, then how Gunwanti Mansharam Ailiani can be legal heirs of the deceased as per Section 15(1) (b) read with Section 8 fo the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Hence, adjourned.
