Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Abdul Razzak @ Razzaque Amir Aziz Khan. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.7 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 4.

Consent affidavits dated 24.06.2024 of Yasmeen Begum Wahid Ahmed Shaikh alias Yasmeen Begum Abdul Razzaque Khan, Nasreen Begum Sarfaraz Ahmed Arzu Khan alias Nasreen Begum

M2.TP.2883.2025 Abdul Razzaque Khan, Abdul Hamid Abdul Razzaque Khan, Abdul Wahid Abdul Razzaque Khan, Abdul Hafeez Abdu Razzaque Khan and Abdul Wahad Abdul Razzaque Khan, the legal heirs of the deceased are appended to page Nos. 16, 19, 22, 25, 28 and 31 of the Petition. 5.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause at paragraph no. 11 which reads thus:- "That letters of administration may be granted to the Petitioner as the Legal Heir having effect throughout in the State of Maharashtra."

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
