Time to carry out the directions contained in the order dated 20.01.2026 passed by Officer on Special Duty, with Testamentary Department stands extended by a further period of four weeks from today to enable the Petitioner to carry out consequential and necessary amendment.

Once that amendment is carried out, the order passed by this Court dated 19.01.2026 shall be implemented and the Grant shall be issued. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 4.

Needless to state that once the office objections are complied with, the directions contained in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 19.01.2026 shall be implemented forthwith.
