He has produced the original affidavit of the petitioner dated 29.10.2024 which is not yet approved. Advocate for the petitioner is directed to E-file the affidavit dated 29.10.2024 and get it approved as well as to file it in the Registry.I have perused the said affidavit. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he requires to amend the petition. Advocate for the petitioner to take necessary steps and seek direction from the Hon'ble Court. List the matter as per direction of the Hon'ble Court.
