1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that citation issued to the non-consenting legal heir of the deceased in which name of the legal heirs was not correctly mentioned. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner returned the one original citation with duplicate copy along with the praecipe to issue fresh citation. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner further submitted that fresh citation has been uploaded on the portal. Considering the submission and fact that petition has been amended on 20.08.2024 it will be proper to direct the department to issue fresh citation. Hence, adjourned.
