TP/2911/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Pushpa Thapa, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ekta Jagdish Dedhia being sister of deceased. Deceased namely Chirag Jagdish Dedhia died intestate at Mumbai on 17.02.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one sister only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.05.2025 is filed. As surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
