1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 09.12.2024 and thereby seeks extension of the time to carryout an amendment which was granted vide an order dated 25.09.2024. For the reasons stated in the praecipe, time to carryout an amendment is hereby extended by further two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that as per the said order, petitioner's additional affidavit for confirming the proposed amendment is uploaded, in view of the said affidavit, reverification is dispensed with. Petitioner to take steps to comply other requisitions. Hence, adjourned.
