Advocate for the petitioner will seek instructions from the petitioner as on the attesting witness clause it is mentioned that "I Naresh Dattani, have signed this codicil on the 25th day of September 2010 in presence of the witnesses hereunder who have attested the same in my presence".

If this is the codicil then where is the Will. Office to verify whether there is any Will dated 25.09.2010 the attesting witness mentioned the aforesaid statement. List the matter on 04.2.2025.
