This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Daisy Peter Ferreira being sole Executrix named under the Will of deceased. Deceased namely Ranjeet Ramchand Chandi alias Ranjeet Chandi alias Ranjeet R. Chandi, said to have died at Mumbai on 19.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed and registered at Mumbai on 12.09.2017. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased had no sister and had two brothers of whom one has died. Since death certificate of Neil Ramchand Chandi not available. Hence, Advocate for petitioner has served the citation by way of paper publication. Affidavit of Service of Publication dated 29.01.2025 is filed to that effect. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Bharat Natwarlal Shah dated 10.04.2024 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 09.07.2024 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
