This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anita w/o. Kishor Lal being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Sushiladevi Hinnaria died intestate at Mumbai on 16.02.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of husband and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one married daughter and one son. Out of them married daughter petitioner herein and son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.09.2024 and Administration Bond dated 17.04.2024 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
