1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Upon perusal of the petition, it has been observed that share of petitioner is not mentioned in para No. 5 of the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that petitioner claims 50% share in the estate of deceased. It is further found index of the petition is incomplete. Hence, Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to carry out corrections in para No. 5 of the petition with respect to share of petitioner as well as to correct index of the petition. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections one week from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.
