1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 02.12.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 4 of the petition to mention the sect of the deceased and name of the Act, which is applicable to the deceased for succession. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. As amendment is factual in nature, re-verification is dispensed with. Furthermore, the petitioner to explain the chain of inheritance as per the Provisions of the Personal Laws, applicable to the deceased.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
