This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anju Mahendra Fadia being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mahendra Amrutlal Fadia died intestate at Mumbai on 03.02.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details of parents of deceased are not mentioned in the petition hence, Advocate to take steps. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by widow and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice is not filed. Administration Bond dated 08.07.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
