This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Mayur Jethalal Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jethalal Popatlal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 24.05.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is filed separately through e-filing.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that wife of deceased died on 11.12.2009. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.08.2024 and Administration Bond dated 16.09.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
