Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe and thereby seeks permission to amend the information about the legal heirs of the deceased (i.e. brother of the deceased). Hence, petitioner to make complete averment about the legal heirs as per the Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. 2.

Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

After carrying out the amendment, within two weeks office to issue citation as Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that citation and affidavit of service of citation which was uploaded in the earlier portal is not available on the portal right now. Furthermore, affidavit along with its original copy of the citation is misplaced by the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner.

On relying on the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, office to issue citation. Before issuing citation office to coordinate with the e-filing section and try to retrieve the affidavit of service and if it not retrieves then office to issue citation.
