1. Read praecipe dated 030.2025, petitioner is permitted to aver the fact about the one of the brother Jaisukh Tankaria. According to the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, this brother is predeceased to the deceased and such averment is made in the Will (page no. 22 of the petition). Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment or upon filing true copy of the death certificate of the said brother, reverification is dispensed with. Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 05 days from the date of amendment.

3. Time to issue citation is also hereby extended by further three weeks. Hence, adjourned.
