TP/3011/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Kashyap Padia, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anjali Gopal Matreja being sister-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Rima Lakhmichand Matreja died intestate at Mumbai on 20.05.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one sister-in-law who is petitioner herein. The rest of the legal heirs mentioned in para No. 4 of the petition are predeceased the deceased. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.08.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 10.09.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
