TP/3021/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Suyash Kalbhor i/b. B. G. Saraf, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Milan Dinesh Shah being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Jayesh Dinesh Shah said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 21.10.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one brother and one sister. Out of them brother is petitioner herein and sister has given her consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond is filed. Delay is explained in para No. 10 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 11.03.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
