This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Krishnaveni Dutia being sole Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Nalini Gopal Poojari died at Mumbai on 10.05.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 15.12.2014. The said Will is in English language. The Page No. 2 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executrix. Only one Executrix appointed under the Will. Residuary clause in respect of properties of deceased is mentioned at page No. 2 of the Will.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had one son and one daughter. Son of deceased namely Bidhan Poojary died as divorcee and as Christian. Deceased was survived by one daughter. Consent Affidavit of daughter namely Dipika Bangera is not filed. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Krishnaraj Dutia dated 12.11.2024 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 05.08.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
