1. Upon perusal of the petition, it appears that there are two executors appointed under the Will namely Jospeh Peter Dsouza and Elton Jackpaul Dsouza. However, petitioner has not filed the renouncement of these two executors as per the Section 230 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

2. Hence, petitioner to satisfy that Letters of Administration with Will is tenable in case of appointment of other two executors. Hence, adjourned.
