Petitioner to file affidavit regarding pasting the citation on the Notice Board of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Notice board of the Collector, vide Rule 397 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 419 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as the the testator/testatrix has impressed the Thumb or signature is different than the language used to prepare the Will. The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 383 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as there is correction/addition or deletion, etc.

Petitioner to file consent of Pannalal or take steps to serve the citation thereon, as per the provisions of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
