Administration bond is defective as name of the surety is not mentioned in the administration bond. Furthermore, Petitioner to correct the amount in administration bond and re-upload the same as per form no. 118 r/w form No. 420 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 419 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as the the testator/testatrix has impressed the Thumb or signature is different than the language used to prepare the Will. The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 383 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as there is correction/addition or deletion, etc. in the Will. 3.

Petitioner to take steps to state about the marital status of the deceased persons, namely Munna and Raju. Hence, adjourned.
