1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 18.02.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 11.02.2025 name of the deceased is wrongly mentioned as Arnoo H Cairoor instead of "Arnoo H Capoor". Hence, same may be corrected. Furthermore, in para no. 7 relationship of the deceased with petitioner is wrongly mentioned as Niece (Paternal Aunt's Daughter). However, petitioner is the cousin of the deceased (Paternal Aunt's Daughter) and hence, same may be corrected.

2. In order dated 11.02.2025 name of the deceased is corrected and read as "Arnoo H Capoor" and in para no.7 relationship of the petitioner with the deceased is also corrected and read as "Cousin".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 11.02.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
