1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 15.07.2024 and thereby seeks permission to make an averment in the petition so as to made a statement about the legal heirs fo the deceased as per Section 54 of Indian Succession Act, 1925 as stated int eh praecipe along with family tree annexed to the praecipe. I have gone through the praecipe along with annexure. With reference to the Schedule-II, Part-II. Submission is accepted. 2.

The petitioner to make detailed statement and explain the chain of inheritance with respect to the Section 54 and 55 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Praecipe is allowed in above terms. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
