2. Upon perusal of the Administration Bond, it appears that the same was executed by the Constituted Attorney of the petitioner on the basis of Power of Attorney. Furthermore, surety is not within local jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court. Hence, petitioner has to satisfy that Administration Bond is accepted. 3.
