1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 05.09.2024 and thereby prays for the reverification by either one of the petitioners may be allowed, as all the petitioners will not be able, reverify the petition and further, he prayed for extension of time to carry out an amendment.

Hence, amendment, which is to be carried out vide an order dated 02.09.2024 is allowed to be reverified by either of the petitioner. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that he requires more time to carry out an amendment. Hence, said amendment be carried out within 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if petition is pending.
