1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that petitioner has filed the affidavit and thereby stated about the articles, which are, as per the knowledge of the petitioner, lying in the locker. Hence, query was raised about any other articles or things which may be lying in the locker, if any.

2. At this juncture, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner replied that the petitioner is seeking Letters of Administration to have an access to the said locker. Ld. Advocate is not able to submit that petitioner is having full knowledge about the articles lying in the locker, then in such circumstances situation arises to ascertain that whether inventory of the locker is required to be carried out or not. Hence, adjourned.
