Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 05.08.2024 and thereby submitted that middle name of the deceased is incorrectly mentioned and additional name to be mentioned, which is required to be corrected as suggested in the praecipe. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. 2.

Petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. After carrying out the amendment, time to issue citation is extended by further three weeks from the date of amendment in the petition. Hence, adjourned.
