Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary. Furthermore, petitioner to take steps to amend the marital status of the deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that one of the legal heir Hitesh has filed the consent which is at page no. 16 to 19 of the present petition. Submission is accepted. Hence, there is no requirement to issue citation to Hitesh. Hence, adjourned.
