1. Read praecipe dated 21.09.2024 and thereby prays for dispensation of re-verification of the petition while amending the petition as per the earlier order. He has produced photocopies of grant issued in TP/152/2024 along with photocopy of page no. 6 to 12 of the said petition. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner carries the original petition, having no. 152/2024. In para no. 4 of the said petition, it is stated by the petitioner that parents of the Sudhir have predeceased to him. Considering this statement, which is also made on Oath, reverification of the amendment in the present petition is dispensed with.

Furthermore, time to carryout an amendment is hereby extended by further two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. 3.
