Later on Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 27.08.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment regarding mother of the deceased as she died on 04.01.2023 and her son namely Yogesh Khanpurkar is pre-deceased the deceased i.e. 22.01.1989. Furthermore, children of pre-deceased son namely Vishal and Mayura are already mentioned in para no. 4 of the petition. Hence, submission is accepted and praecipe for amendment is allowed. Upon filing of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. 3.

Petitioner to carryout an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
