1. Perused the Petition. It is seen that the Petition for Succession Certificate was filed against the property of the deceased No.1 Vaman Damodar Nayak and Deceased No.2 Nalini Vaman Nayak. The Petition is filed by the Prakash Vaman Nayak son of the deceased.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to the deceased filed by petitioner being son of the deceased. The deceased No.2 expired on 16.04.1991 and deceased No.2 20.06.2002. Id Proof is Senior Citizen Card.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased had one son and one daughter. The son is the petitioner. The daughter has her expired. The daughter is survived by one daughter i.e. Priti P. Telang. The Consent Affidavit is not filed by the legal heir. Advocate to take steps accordingly.
