This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Prakash Vaman Nayak being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Vaman Damodar Nayak died intestate at Mumbai on 16.04.1991. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Senior Citizen Card is already annexed to the petition.

Deceased No. 2 namely Nalini Vaman Nayak died intestate at Mumbai on 20.06.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Senior Citizen Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased are husband and wife. Daughter of deceased namely Jyoti Vaman Nayak and her husband namely Pradeep Telang died at Pune. Both the deceased was survived by one son and one granddaughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and granddaughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.11.2024 and Administration Bond dated 16.08.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
