The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the addition/deletion/inter-lineation, etc. in the Will vide Rule 383 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 4.

The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the interpretation of the Will to the testator/testatrix, vide Rule 419 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 5.
