Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Gopal Lakhmichand Bhatia. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No. 10 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 9 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 4.
Consent affidavits dated 27.03.2025 and 28.03.2025 of Anisha Sanjay Gandhi, Geeta Gopal Bhatia and Kamna Dilip Shewakramani, the legal heirs of the deceased are appended to page
M2.TP3149.2024.2024 Nos. 18, 18B and 18D of the Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "The Petitioner therefore prays that Letters of Administration with Will annexed may be granted to him as one of the legatee named under the last will and testament of the abovenamed deceased having effect throughout Maharashtra."

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.
Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
